Sitec Srl is involved in the commercialisation and sale of radiant pipes produced by Inex, a leading company in the sector. These composite radiant pipes (silicon carbide and silicon matrix) are manufactured through an innovative, yet straightforward, production process that ensures high performance at highly competitive costs.
Inex radiant pipes features
Traditional radiant pipes made of nickel alloys or monolithic ceramics can have reduced longevity due to various factors:
- Thermal shock
- Vibration
- Viscous flow
- Melting
- Oxidation
- - Carburisation
In contrast, Inex products, from direct flame radiant pipes to pipes with fins, are characterised by an exceptionally high degree of resistance to thermal shock, which allows:
- installation in ovens with operating temperatures even above 950°.
- a 100% reduction in heating times, reaching a temperature of 985°C in 4 hours instead of the 12 typically required.

THE MANY APPLICATIONS OF INEX RADIANT PIPES
The radiant pipes produced by Inex, successfully used worldwide since 1988, are ideal for heat treatment in various industrial processes such as:
Annealing
Carburisation
Solution treatment
Quenching
Carbonitriding
Ferritic carbonitriding
